Trauma Information Group – This group focuses on the impact of trauma and recovery experiences instead of things that have happened in the past. Each session is spent learning about and discussing a variety of topics including safety, self-care, trust and anger.
Stress in Pregnancy and Parenting Group – This is a virtual 12-week stress management group for new and expecting individuals who identify as being a mother, up to two years after birth or adoption. There will be opportunities to learn about infant/child development, healthy bonding with your baby and tools to promote a healthy mood in pregnancy and early parenthood.
