Clinical Rotations and Student Learning Experiences

At Community Health Centers (CHC), our mission is to improve the health of all within the communities we serve. We are committed to providing students and residents outstanding learning experiences. CHC offers clinical education opportunities for student learners in multiple departments.

Program Overview

CHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center. This rotation gives a strong experience in family medicine in the outpatient setting. Student Learning Experiences/Clinical Rotations at CHC are experiences that are required or recommended by the school or program in which the student is currently enrolled. Participation in this experience earns the student credit towards their current degree or certification. An affiliation agreement must be in place between Community Health Centers and your school. If you are unsure of this, please contact your school coordinator. This is essential and should be initiated at least 3-4 months prior to your anticipated rotation.
