At Community Health Centers (CHC), our mission is to improve the health of all within the communities we serve. We are committed to providing students and residents outstanding learning experiences. As a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides a variety of services in the outpatient setting, we currently support rotations for MD, DO, PA, NP, LICSW, and PMHNP programs.
