You may have recently received a text message about a prescription refill or new medication from a service called RxInform.

What is RxInform?

RxInform is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that sends automated text messages when your prescription is sent from your provider to the pharmacy. This feature went live on December 16, 2025, is provided at no additional cost, and supports English and Spanish.

Confirm prescriptions were sent successfully
Review medication and pharmacy details
Access educational medication information
Learn about potential savings options
Messages are sent automatically from our electronic health record system.

Opting out:

Patients may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to the text message.
