Medication Refills
CHC’s Patient Portal is the best way to request prescription refills. Alternatively, please contact your preferred pharmacy or call your preferred CHC location to request refills over the phone. Requests will be addressed within two to three business days. And, did you know CHC has an onsite pharmacy at our Riverside location? Call (802) 318-4191 to transfer your prescriptions today!
