Medicaid Coverage will Change for some Vermonters

Beginning October 1, 2026, and January 2027, some Vermonters may lose Medicaid coverage. CHC will continue providing care for your health needs regardless of insurance coverage or immigration status. Our Patient Support Services team can assist patients affected by the Medicaid changes. Support remains available to all our patients. Email patientsupport@chcb.org and include Lost Medicaid Coverage in the subject line so we can assist you or your clients.

Additionally, CHC offers a 25% discount for medical and 5% discount for dental visits for patients who can pay on the day of service.
