Respect your body.
The Community Health Center’s Pearl Street Clinic offers confidential, nonjudgmental services to at-risk, low-income, or homeless teens and young adults. This no-cost walk-in clinic provides health care and connection to substance abuse and mental health counseling.
Living on the street, camping out, and couch-surfing takes its toll. The Pearl Street Clinic is here to help you with any physical or mental health issue. Best of all, we handle everything here: from the flu, to birth control, to a sprained ankle, to mental health. Get the help you need by stopping by or calling us at (802) 652-1080.
Just walk in during our regular hours if you need care. If you meet the guidelines for homelessness, your visits won’t cost you anything. Our friendly staff can help you connect to public health insurance programs and area resources, too. If you have health insurance, just let our front desk know at the time of your appointment.
