The Community Health Pharmacy is owned by five of Vermont’s community health centers. By filling your prescriptions with the Pharmacy, you will be supporting the mission and vision of our health centers to deliver quality medical care to the community. The pharmacy offers a full range of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications for all CHCB patients.
“I’ve never been treated so kindly. The help that’s been offered is tremendous. When the drug companies turned me down for my drugs (through drug manufacturer giving programs), Jessica (CHCB Prescription Assistance Specialist) called the drug company to get them to change their mind and got me what I needed. It’s the greatest place. You can feel the care.” – Thomas, age 50
