Our goal is to ensure our elder patients receive the care they need for comfortable, active, healthy lives. Our Family Practice physicians are trained to care for all ages, which means your whole family can have one doctor under one roof. Our special services include a prescription assistance program with FQHC low prices and mail delivery, dental services, and the assistance of a Licensed Clinical Social Work staff. Our family practice doctors also provide nursing home visits to ensure you will always be personally cared for by your doctor.
We gladly accept Medicare and as a Federally Qualified Health Center, your annual deductible is waived. If you are income eligible, co-pays are on a sliding-fee scale so regardless of your income, you can be seen by one of our providers.
