We are able to help low-income, uninsured patients because of our thoughtful donors. Whether you are able to give an in-kind donation or monetary gift, we are very thankful and in need of your support.
Past donors have given items to our annual online auction , donated money towards medical equipment or programs, or simply pledged an annual gift. Our 501c3 non-profit organization is also able to take stock transfers and trust donations.

Securities
Giving appreciated securities is a perfect way to show support for CHCB’s extensive services. With certain limitations, you can deduct the full fair market value of long-term appreciated securities - that is, securities you have owned for more than one year and that have increased in value. Thus you can give away appreciated property and usually avoid the tax on the gain. Always consult your financial planner for appropriate guidance and details.
