We surpassed our $25,000 goal and raised net revenue of over $27,500!
This year's Celebrate Vermont events were a fabulous success! The lively and always popular online auction raised almost $12,000! The live auction and Vermont food event was definitely a highlight. The perfect location; beautiful weather; mouthwatering food prepared on-site by Steve and Lara Atkins, chefs and owners of The Kitchen Table Bistro; tables full of amazing culinary creations generously donated by local caterers and purveyors; delicious Vermont artisan cheese and intriguing selection of wines set the stage for an incredible live auction. If you've not yet had an opportunity to witness the charm and power of Ethan Merrill's gaze during one of our live auctions, you're definitely missing out. Ethan's energy and captivating auctioneer's style kept the crowd laughing and bidding higher to raise over $4,000.
A BIG Thank You to all of our Auction Donors!

We can't thank everyone enough for making our Celebrate Vermont live auction and Vermont food event an absolutely fabulous evening.
The evening brought together generous community supporters, local Vermont businesses, artists, and restaurants. The evening paired the live auction, with guest auctioneer Ethan Merrill; a fabulous cooking demonstration by Chefs Steve and Lara Atkins of The Kitchen Table; exceptional Vermont cuisine, including a delicious selection of Vermont artisan cheeses, an exciting selection of wine, provided by Vermont Wine Merchants, and beer, provided by Magic Hat beer; and wonderful community friends for a great cause!
All proceeds of the "Celebrate Vermont" event benefit the Community Health Center's programs and services dedicated to ensuring all Vermonters have access to high quality and affordable healthcare, with a special focus on especially fragile Vermonters who face barriers to accessing care. In 2009, our staff cared for over 1,300 homeless men, women, and children with services ranging from medical and dental care to connection to housing assistance and mental health and substance abuse counseling. Each year, over 3,000 low income, uninsured Vermonters who are often left without health insurance or sometimes even a home, find a medical home with us and are able to get the medical and dental care they need to work and live in our beautiful state. The Community Health Center is an important cornerstone of the quality of life and health we all share in Vermont.
