What does the Patient Portal Do?
The Patient Portal is part of your personal electronic health record. It helps you to manage your health care on your schedule, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With Patient Portal you can:
- Ask for appointments
- Refill a prescription
- Send private, secure messages to your medical provider and health team
- Learn more about your health using our online research center

How Do I Sign up for the Patient Portal?
Signing up the Patient Portal couldn't be easier: all you need is a valid e-mail address and an internet connection!
To enroll, stop by the front desk and speak to any of our Patient Services Representatives. They will enter your e-mail address into our system and provide you a special token (number) along with instructions on how to finish the enrollment process at home. The whole process takes less than 30 minutes!
