Our Pearl Street Youth Health Center is located at 179 Pearl Street, Burlington. We offer appointment and walk-in medical and patient counseling services for youth and young adults through age 25 and special services for at-risk youth, homeless teens, and young adults.
Make an appointment by calling 652-1080 or just walk in during our regular hours if you need care. If you meet the guidelines for homelessness, your visits won’t cost you anything. If you are low income and uninsured, you can pay using our affordable Siding-Fee Scale. We also accept most health insurances and our friendly staff can help you connect to public health insurances and area resources, too.
