The Community Health Center’s Dental Center is the only Federally Qualified Health Center dental program serving Chittenden County. With five staff dentists, three dental residents, and a large support staff, we care for all ages and enjoy providing your child’s first “happy visit’ to the dentist.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, all dental services are available on a sliding-fee scale to income eligible, uninsured residents who live or work in Chittenden County, North Hero, South Hero or Grand Isle. We welcome Medicaid and private employer based insurance for adults and children. For low income, uninsured community residents with dental emergencies, we accept state general assistance vouchers.
Our great Dental Center offers a full complement of preventive and restorative care. We offer the gentle and friendly care you need for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

From Richmond:
Head Northwest on Rt. 2; continue on to Main Street/Rt. 2. Turn right onto S. Willard St. Turn left onto Archibald Street. Take the 2nd right onto N Winooski Ave. CHCB's parking garage is open and street parking is available for patients along Riverside Avenue, N Winooski Ave. and Hyde Street.

Take 1-89 N toward Burlington. Take exit 14W to merge onto Main St./Rt. 2. Turn right onto S. Willard St. Turn left onto Archibald Street. Take the 2nd right onto N Winooski Ave. CHCB's parking garage is open and street parking is available for patients along Riverside Avenue, N Winooski Ave. and Hyde Street.
From Jericho:
Take VT-15 W all the way to Winooski. At the rotary, bear right then head straight across the bridge. Bear right onto Riverside Ave. Continue on Riverside Avenue, CHCB will be at the fourth light on the corner of N. Winooski Avenue and Riverside Avenue. CHCB's parking garage is open and street parking is available for patients along Riverside Avenue, N Winooski Ave. and Hyde Street.
From Hinesburg:
Head North on VT-116. Turn left onto Williston Road. Continue onto Main St./Rt. 2. Turn right onto S. Willard St. Turn left onto Archibald Street. Take the 2nd right onto N Winooski Ave. Street parking is available for patients along Riverside Avenue, N Winooski Ave. and Hyde Street.
