The Community Health Center’s Dental Center is the only Federally Qualified Health Center dental program serving Chittenden County. With five staff dentists, three dental residents, and a large support staff, we care for all ages and enjoy providing your child’s first “happy visit’ to the dentist.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, all dental services are available on a sliding fee scale to income eligible, uninsured residents. We welcome Medicaid and private employer based insurance for adults and children. For low income, uninsured community residents with dental emergencies, we accept state general assistance vouchers.
Our great Dental Center offers a full complement of preventive and restorative care. We offer the gentle and friendly care you need for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

From Richmond:
Head northwest on US-2 W/W Main St toward Millet Street. Take the ramp onto I-89 N. Take exit 13 to merge onto I-189 W toward US-7 Shelburne/Burlington. Turn right at Shelburne Road. Turn left at Flynn Avenue. Take the 1st right onto Pine Street. CHCB's Dental Center is located in the Burlington Primary Care building on the left.
From Jericho:
Take VT-15 W. Turn left to merge onto I-89 S. Take exit 14w to merge onto US-2 W/Main Street toward Burlington. Turn left at S Willard Street. Turn left at Shelburne Street.
