Head West on Williston Road and continue onto Main Street/Rt. 2. Turn right onto S. Willard St. Turn left onto Archibald Street. Take the 2nd right onto N Winooski Ave. The Health Center and the patient parking lot behind the building will be straight ahead.
From Richmond:
Head Northwest on Rt. 2; continue on to Main Street/Rt. 2. Turn right onto S. Willard St. Turn left onto Archibald Street. Take the 2nd right onto N Winooski Ave. The Health Center and the patient parking lot behind the building will be straight ahead.

Take 1-89 N toward Burlington. Take exit 14W to merge onto Main St./Rt. 2. Turn right onto S. Willard St. Turn left onto Archibald Street. Take the 2nd right onto N Winooski Ave. The Health Center and the patient parking lot behind the building will be straight ahead.
From Jericho:
Take VT-15 W all the way to Winooski. At the rotary, bear right then head straight across the bridge. Bear right onto Riverside Ave. Continue on Riverside Avenue, CHCB will be at the fourth light on the corner of N. Winooski Avenue and Riverside Avenue. Turn right into the patient parking lot behind the building.
From Hinesburg:
